INSIGHT FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT LEADERS

Insight for Law Enforcement Leaders, an 8-hr class, teaches conflict-resolution based communication and questioning skills that address the root of misbehavior and open a path forward. With these skills, leaders are prepared to devise targeted and precise disciplinary interventions to successfully problem solve within the organization, facilitating not only behavior change on the part of the officer, but increasing officer motivation for productive, proactive policing, and cultivating a smooth work environment.
