Funding for Insight Policing is available.

Applying for U.S. Department of Justice de-escalation funding is quick and easy. 

​

In 2022, the Justice Department announced the availability of $40 million in funds to advance Community Policing Development (CPD) across the country. .

 

Up to $15 million of The Community Oriented Policing Services’ (COPS Office) CPD funds were set aside to “support national level de-escalation training for officers through a network of regional centers.”

 

Insight Policing is one of the de-escalation training programs approved by the COPS office.
