About the Event
Strengthen your Insight Policing conflict communication skills with this 4-hour interactive course, where we review applied skills for escalation prevention, deescalation and problem solving, engage in skill-building exercises and role play, and bolster students' ability to communicate effectively in the face of aggressive, resistant and noncompliant behavior. 4 hours credit MPCTC.
Seats Available: Classes are capped at 16 participants to maximize the interactive, skill-building experience.
