Brush up on your Insight Policing conflict communication skills with this 4-hour interactive course. We will review applied skills for escalation prevention, deescalation and problem solving, engage in skill-building exercises and role play, and bolster students' ability to communicate effectively in the face of aggressive, resistant and noncompliant behavior. Â
